Title IX
The legislative intent of Senate Bill 1375 is to clarify Title IX requirements for public schools in California. The new law requires charter schools to post information on the school web site on or before July 1, 2017 identifying the school's Title IX Coordinator, the rights of students and the responsibilities of schools, and a description of how to file a complaint.
